Blu Ray and HDCP issues

I got a Blu Ray drive a while back and I keep getting issues with HDCP to the point where I needed to use AnyDVD to watch my movies. What's wrong here?

LG Blu Ray drive connected via Sata-II
NVidia GeForce 7900 GTX 512 MB connected to my monitor via a DVI to HDMI cable
NEC AccuSync LCD24WMCX monitor; only DHCP compliant through the HDMI port
Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit

For some reason, running PowerDVD's BD advisor, it says that my digital connection is not protected. Why would it say that?
