When I ran a virus scan using AVG it found 4 virus's. It cleared 2 but could not clear the other 2. The virus was Trojan horse generic 13.vld.dropper. It said it was located in c:\system volume information\_restore{587d6227-10d2-461-b983-17cc8c5cbe41}rp528\a0081610.exe. When I look in the system volume information folder I don't see the file. Now when I run AVG it will not complete. I have tried two online scans (housecall & Bitfinder) and they won't complete. I tried running AVG in safe mode but get the same results. I tried shutting down system restore and rebooting and resseting system restore but no help.I know this is long but I am trying to give all the information I can. Thanks in advance for your reply,Mel
