This is the speed testing link of my ISP. I want to know if its reliable.. I mean whether the results are true or not.. I doubt they are not.. Can anyone please have a look?? :)

Yes it showed some difference.. and that is the problem.. There is a significant difference when I test speed from That link and other speed testing websites.. I suspect that this(my ISP's) test may not be reliable..
