Ok, to start off basically I'm a very clueless PC user, now with that said I hope you can bare with me on my jounrey through this problem.

Basically my mother was on FaceBook on this PC and added an application called "bumper stickers" that gave us some "dropper!M"s now my virus protection consistently posts this message saying that there's a buffer overflow in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe" that section of the computer, I've read I should look for any patches that might be available but there are none, also if I'm just on the comp on the internet it will start a total system shutdown that... Shuts everything down in a minutes time, but if I have FaceBook open under my mom's account it will let me on non-stop so if you can help... please do.
