Hello! Is it alright to have different firewalls, virus protection and anti-malware on a different account but on the same computer? Thanks!

Personally, I wouldn't do it.
If you run some antirootkit tool, like GMER, you'll see, that it'll list some services from legit security programs, which means, they load before Windows is up.
So, no mater what profile you log into, those services will be running there.
Norton is a good example here.
