everytime i start up yahoo messenger it brings up a blue screen then restarts my computer. please reply!!!!

If it was accompanied by an error message it is probably the Blue Screen of Death ( BSOD ) a microsoft stop error to protect your computer

Save your message Archives to CD
Download revo and use it in 'Advanced' mode to uninstall Yahoo Messenger. It will uninstall Messenger using the Yahoo software and then scan the registry and C drive for any fragments or files left behind - delete everything in bold font
Restart computer
Download Messenger from filehippo using green arrow
