I already tried deleting it using TFC and vundofix.exe but they failed to delete it. i'm desperate to fix this. can anybody help me please? thank you in advance.

Please go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will clean up 70% of computer problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the requested logs, from the Malware/Spyware Cleaning Guide, in THAT forum.
