Hey,
I have an HP Pavillion Laptop that I have had for almost two years now, and ever since I have gotten it, it has always been making a high pitched "eeeeeeeeeee" sound. It's hard to describe, but it is reallyyy annoying and I do not know what to do in this situation. Gives me a headache. Any advice? I know I should have done something about it before, but never really had the chance until now.
It's not the fan or anything, it's like an annoying high pitched kind of faint screeching noise. This sound is always present, but sometimes goes away after I use move mouse or something.
Tips? What should I do please?
Thank you

Can you boot?

Download and install EVEREST
Open it.
1: In left pane expand Computer folder.
2: Click once on Summary
3: In upper menu, go Report
4: And then to Quick Report-Summary
5: Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.

It sounds like a dog whistle or something.
Also, I just recently reformatted my hard drive two days ago. My computer is in perfect condition except for this annoying sound. I thought reformatting it would make it go away.
Tips?

Did you run Everest? Or are you unable to do that?

Tells of system hardware, so I can know what you are running. I can provide the proper explanation if I know what hardware you are running.
