then i scanned with loads of antispyware apps i have on my pc, fixed or deleted everything but that thing was still there. tried to change the wallpaper too but it didnt help!
then i scanned with Norton AV and found the folder where that wierd xxx icon was and deleted it in safe mode. i thought everything will be gone, came back to normal mode i though it was ok but when i right clicked on the desktop i noticed its exactly as clicking on webpage! but no red color this time and spyware msg! just white:

First lets check this. Right click an empty area of your desktop and click "Properties". Next click the "Desktop" tab. Now click the "Customize Desktop" button at the bottom of the window. Click the tab at the top that says "Web" on it. There should be a list of things in there, or maybe just 1 option. Select each one except for "My Current Home Page" and click the delete button on the right. Make sure nothing is left checked. Now click "OK", "Apply" and "OK".

Next go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Messenger Plus!

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.
Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.
Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Systems Restart] Rundll32.exe boln.dll, DllRegisterServer
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MessengerPlus3] "D:\Programi\MSN Plus\MsgPlus.exe" /WinStart

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):

D:\Programi\MSN Plus
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Loader.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\boln.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ztoolbar.dll

Reboot normally and post a new log.

Please download CleanUp!and install it. Now run the program and click the "CleanUp!" button. When it's finished it will ask you to logoff to finish. Click "yes".

How is your desktop now? Did you find anything under the "Web" tab when you looked? Is everything running smoothly? You look clean to me ;)

The reason you didn't find those entries in Hijack This is because you uninstalled Messenger Plus! Good job :tazz:

lol that app did a biiiiiig cleaning: CleanUp! 4.0 recovered 226.5 MB of disk space from 13097 files. :tazz:

well my desktop is fine now. i found nothing under web tab, it runs smooth as before! big thanks man!

btw when i was scanning with spysweeper lately it found Rvin trojan. so i clicked fix and did a re-scan found nothing, checked register found no files about it either. does that mean it is completely gone?

Ya, usually if the software says it was able to delete something and then you rescan after a reboot then it's gone. I would suggest going to my website in my signature and click on the "Panda Active Scan" in the top left of the page and run that also. It is an online antivirus scanner. Some scanners catch stuff that others don't so when you scan with multiple programs your coverage is better. Also remember do not install more than one Anti-Virus program because they will conflict with eachother.
