Please can someone help me.

I am able to use internet explorer but itunes store will not work. The msg i get is "Itunes could not connect to the itunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again."

I have tried disabling firewall to no avail.

i have ran diagnostics on itunes and get the follwing.

Where is this Wi-Fi connection? At home or is it a public Wi-Fi?

Its a home connectiob. But panic over now i have sorted it. Just needed to reboot. Thanx anyway.
