IE7: Clicking links opens new browser instead of opening in existing

So this just started happening today. I am using IE7 and everytime I do a search in Google instead of the webpage opening in the existing window, a new window will open. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
