Hijacked files

Hi folks,

I was hit by viruses a few weeks ago. My main clean up program is Malwarebyte’s which dose a good job getting rid of the viruses and Trojan but I still have the hijacked files. every time I turn my computer on, have to run Malwarebyte’s.
I do have hijacked this but don’t have to brains to know which files I need to get rid of.
I also use TFC.exe every few days.
HELP?
