I assume, he wants to print some color once in a while, and color laser printers are still much more expensive, not to mention laser cartridges.

It's a good price for 4-in-1, however it's refurbished product, so you have to find out what "1-year limited factory warranty" means.

That would be "open box" item.
Refurbished means, there was something wrong with the machine, and they fixed it.

thats true. but i really think im gonna go with this one. it looks decent. i just didn't really need that fax on the other one, so no use paying for it.
