Just recently, I have been having a problem with audio. It makes no difference if I am on the Internet or not. I could be reading an email or watching a video and I am getting over play on my audio. Sometimes it is music or advertisement and even some sports show. It will over play anything I am listening to (ie a video). It is very annoying and there is nothing I can do to stop it, that I am aware of. Sometimes it will last seconds and other times it will be on for minutes. I don't know if it has anything to do with my problem but today I noticed that when I logged on, there was and icon of my start up that said Play 2P running. Could someone please help me with this?

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
