I have a folder on my desktop, every time I try to open it it just has that loading thing. Now this is the weird part if I change the folder type from what it is to anything else it will open, if I rename the folder it will open. However if it is set to All Items it just will not open I don't know why. It does this if there is nothing inside the folder. I can see what is inside it if I go through command prompt.
