Vista crashes after boot up

After I log into my account, my computer starts to loads its settings and programs, such as docks, gadgets, icons, etc. However, either during or after that happens the computer crashes. I have to reboot a couple of times to get to work. Can you help me? This the hijackthis log.

I suggest creating a new topic in the Malware Removal Section.

The system has some questionable items running at startup.
