I'm back again.

My screen recently just turned a blank white and I had to shut down my computer by pressing the power button in order to get rid of this. When it turned back on it said I had installed the Google Toolbar, and this popup came up that says Google Toolbar Installation with "We know you just want the toolbar, but please read this first" followed by other nonsense and two options saying Enable PageRank and Disable PageRank. What is this?

Also, before this happened and after my computer screen sometimes flashes really quickly and sometimes there is a line across the middle of the screen or down near the bottom. It's also gotten really slow with processing. Any thoughts?
