Help with: error loading Run DLL

Hi I was wondering If someone could help me with a computer problem. Every time I start up my computer i get a message saying: 'error loading Run DLL
C:\Users\davey\AppData\Local\ugijesux.dll This specified module could not be found.' Please find below mystartup hijackthis log.
