Can you remove that Everest Report... it didn't provide any additional info.
Check your fans and give your computer a good cleaning. Use a can of compressed air (DO NOT use a vacuum) and when cleaning, touch a non-painted metal surface of your case with one hand (to ground yourself) and use the other hand to clean.

Here is how to make hidden files visible: http://www.bleepingc...tutorial62.html

Your temps as listed are way too hot!
It actually looks like a problem with the temp sensors. To make sure open up Everest again. Go to Report -> Report Wizard -> Custom Selection -> Uncheck everything except Sensor (under computer) -> Plain text -> Post everything above the Debug - PCI line.

Go to the directory C:\Windows\Minidump
Make sure that hidden files are visible
Then zip up the files in that directory and attach the .zip archive to your next post.

here are the files in the minidump folderAttached File  Mini070509_01.zip   14.96KB   134 downloads

Have you tried to reinstall the MOBO chipset driver?
Thats several items that could be all fixed with a reinstall of chipset driver I believe.

I thought I already found the chipset drivers for this board and the manual? Must have been another post.
A7N8X-LA Specifications

Drivers for main board
Instructions:
In the general download are on the left....choose motherboard.
Choose socketA(462)
Choose A7N8X or any of the next 6. I would start with the first since the "LA" version is not shown.

This might be better.
Driver Guide I think you can get this with a free signon to the site.

A google search for the "nForce_3.13_WinXP2K_WHQL_english.exe" driver sent me here->->->Driver you need

Install that and then see what is still missing in device management.

For future I would recommend that after you find all the drivers, that you save them to a CD.

EDIT: Info on $NTuninstall files. These are files so you can uninstall the MS updates if 1 of them happens to go in wrong. We recommend that you do not remove them.

Sorry for getting back late... ISP problems.

Install the drivers given by 123Runner. Then go to Device Manager and expand IEEE 1394 Bus host controllers. Tell me the devices listed under that. Do you have any external HDDs or other devices connected via firewire?
