Vista start up problems

Hello I tried to insert Windows 7 from a web mag but when i restarted the system an error message stated the the uxtheme.dll file wasn't responding, and then my laptop from there is black with windows task manager down. I cant get to my restore system to fix it?? Any help please

Follow the instructions to download the Release Candidate of Windows 7 from here.
When burning it to a DVD, burn it as slowly as possible.
Be sure to grab a product key while you're there - you'll need it when you install Win7.
