Kodak EasyShare Program Crashing

When using Kodak Easy Share to look at pictures or delete the program gets an error message that Kodak Easy Share has encountered a problem and needs to close.

This happens constantly and I have called, emailed, and used live chat and the help files to find the problem. Due to the fact that I have an older Kodak Easy Share and a Nikon, they refuse to give me any assistance despite my pleas that it is the program giving me the problem not the camera.

I found this forum and hope maybe someone has a solution for me here!

I run Windowx XP and I do have the latest version of Easy Share installed.
