I recently caught this virus and could not get rid of it. I bought Norton Antivirus 2009 but still did not resolve my issue. Tried downloading all Antimalware but still doesnt help me, it picked up other stuff but not the PACKED GENERIC 200. Please provide me step by step instruction how to do it. I read through all this posts which got the PACKED GENERIC 200, but all the problem and solution are different, at this point i'm clueless. Please let me know what i need to do to resolve this issue. Your help is greatly appreciated.
