What about monitor?
Is your graphics card an expansion card, that is a PCI?
Since you have no display and cannot disable the driver via the device manager, have you tried, shutting down, removing the card, connecting the monitor cable to the on board graphic interface then powering up?
The motherboard on your computer doesn't have a graphics interface connection?
