Since you have no display and cannot disable the driver via the device manager, have you tried, shutting down, removing the card, connecting the monitor cable to the on board graphic interface then powering up?

i dont have a onboard graphics interface but i definitely know that it is not the graphics card because i tested it in another computer and i also tested it in a different slot. :/

to be totally honest i don't know what that means.....

it doesn't have a integrated graphics card if that's what you are asking....

the model of the comptuer is ...
