Hello I thanks you all for any and all help upfront in all help with fixing my problems!

Im not shure if this is part of my computer problems that Ive listed at http://www.geekstogo...lp-t243339.html
Im getting a NetDefense Logs that Shows Major Severity Inbound with Remote IP of 1.2.168.192 protocol is UDP the application Involed C:\WINDOWS\System32\svch along with same information with application Involved and it says system not shure if Im being attached from a hacker and this is all part of above problem and or problems?
I would be ever greatful for help in getting this all fixed!
