Please help. Internet browsing problems, tried everything

Recently I've had browsing problems.
I can connect to my internet, and I can browse websites for a few hours, sometimes only a few minutes.
I just suddenly can't browse anymore, though I'm sure the connections are running fine. There are other who is using the same connection as me and they can browse the web just fine.
I know for one it is NOT the LAN problem because I also can't browse with a wireless connection on.
I have scanned my computer for viruses, I found none.
I have scanned it for malware, I found one but it was easily gotten rid of and it had not affected any parts of my computer.
Also, I have both IE and Firefox and they both dont work after this error.
I can also ping from the command prompt just fine.
Please help. I can give details if anyone needs them to help me.
