Hello,

I bought an Acer Aspire laptop on 10/25/2008 through QVC. It was registered with Acer on 10/31/2008. The computer has since stopped working--nothing happens when power button depressed. It's a hardware issue because the problem has been perennial until now.

The Serial Number was not contained in the computer's registration confirmation e-mail from Acer.

I cannot access ANY tech support options without the serial number. Even their e-mail support is telling me my request can't be processed without the serial number. Can't find the serial number from within the computer because the computer won't turn on, as previously stated.

I called QVC and they have no record of the serial number.

I have the purchase date, order number, registration date, and item number with QVC, but cannot find any information on the item's serial number.

No part of the serial number is legible...

PLEASE help me find out who to contact/where to go to find my serial number...The item is only under warranty for one more month.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

QVC has to have a record of it. If they claim they dont, make a stink about it and they will find it.
