Network Cable Unplugged

Interesting problem that I haven't been able to troubleshoot.

I have a cable modem connected to a linksys(vonage) router. I have my desktop and xbox 360 hard wired to the router. Now whenever I turn on my xbox 360, both my PC and 360 connections are dropped and the lights on the router for these ports turn off. The "Network cable is unplugged" message pops up every 5-10 seconds or so. Only way I have been able to fix this is to turn both off then on, or to reboot my router.

Any ideas?
