Before you close this thread I have a few questions left :

1. I've temporarily installed AVG, since It'll probably take me a couple of days to find my Norton CD, as I have just moved, which one should I keep?

2. If I have AVG, I should also install a separate firewall?

3. Could you recommend a music file sharing program (like Ares or Kazaa) thats malware safe?

I prefer AVG over Norton. Personally I think AVG has less "bloat", uses less of your available system resources & is more likely to catch something.

Yes, you need a seperate firewall. I recommend Sygate (free) personal firewall.

No music-sharing program is completely safe - unless it's a pay one like iTunes. Read this article for more information.
