Hello all, I have read some of the other topics and the clean up guide and still dosent quite seem to help me. I will try to explain this the best I can, and I will try to provide any information I can. I am using XP Home sp3, I got some type of infection yesterday(Agent.Trojan I think)I ran Malwarebytes and it done the cleaning process and asked to reboot, so I did. When windows came back up the task bar and start menu is gone. I still have desktop icons and can access task manager. Internet service is gone, system restore has been locked out by the administrator(I thought that was me) Malwarebytes is suffering from 'Run-time error 372'. Almost everything is locked out by the system admin. Nothing can be dragged to the desktop from anywhere else or any other way. Thanks again for the help in advance, If there is anything else I can provide to help this process along just let me know thanks.
