Should I do a virus scan after finish updating window to service pack 3?

you should do a virus scan BEFORE you install a service pack unless this is a brand new windows install...

Yes, I did a virus scan and anti malware scan first before installing all my automatic update from sp 1 to sp3. All I had installed was firefox 3.5 and anti virus/maleware scan.

:) now just run your tools on a regular basis...also run your defrager now and after about every three or four programs you install...

Oh :), wish you would said it early, I didn't disk defagment each download, I just installed full way sp1 to sp3 without running virus scan or disk defagment for each install or download.
