boot up
while it is booting up, hold down the track pad like you were clicking a mouse
this has worked on a powerbook that couldn't eject a stuck cd after the powerbook was dropped

Now this is interesting:
New copy protection technology for compact discs may be effective in preventing the poaching of music, but it's causing problems for Macintosh users. And Apple isn't doing much to help fix the problem.
CDs manufactured by Sony seem to be the biggest headache. Not only do many discs not play on the Mac, but they cause the machine to lock up and refuse to eject the offending disc. Sony uses copy protection from Key2Audio.

The only thing that I can think of is if there is a small hole usually located by your release button on the cd rom is to put a paper clip in and hit the manual release. Not the best solution, but you will get your disk back.

hmm I was thinking about buying a macintosh but after reading these threads with problems with mac's I dunno, is there a awy to manually fix parts and stuff on macs or not because you never see apple parts on sale at places it seems like apple can only do it with some special knowledge or somethin.

unix based systems use a mount system, if you havent already, try and unmount the cd first, then eject
