Here's the problem.....this is an Acer Computer...therefore, there is no cd drive, or floppy.

This is a new comp, attacked by viruses, and crippled the internet connection. I would run "System Restore", but the Restore screen is blank. I would run the system information, to see what needed to be repaired, but that screen isn't showing either. Again, I can not connect to the internet with that computer, because I have no connection. Is there any way to run a restore on this computer, as the restore screen comes up blank? I need anyone's constructive help here. Thanks in advance.
