i just recently reformated my computer because a virius deleted all the programs off of it.

Now I can't connect to the internet. I know my DSL modem is working because all the lights are flashing, with the exception of the "Activity" light.

I tried running "command.com" and typing in:

ping 127.0.0.1 and got none missing

ping 207.68.127.254 and got all missing

So, i'm basicly stuck here.
