alright i try almost everything i can do at this moment...
i have the norton corporate for the anti virus...and it says c://windows/system32/req.dll...has been affected...
it wont let me clean or fix it...or even delete it...i have no idea what i can do next i scan and i try the website already anyone can break it down into easier steps? for me

ok when i click clean

it says....

possible causes:
the file have been moved or deleted <-- thats not it..still there
the computer they are located on is turned off...
your are trying to clean files located in an e - mail message..
