Always a good ideal to install mobo chipset drivers. It does help the mobo function better.
How is the system running without it?
What kind of MOBO? Make and Model

When it comes to motherboards, updating drivers is always a good idea. It will keep the motherboard up to date and keep it running efficient. The only time you should really refrain from updating is if you have a problem with a new driver.

Download and install EVEREST
Open it.
1: In left pane expand Computer folder.
2: Click once on Summary
3: In upper menu, go Report
4: And then to Quick Report-Summary
5: Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING UNDER THE LINE THAT SAYS "DEBUG- PCI"

oh yes, I found it and I don't know english very well and I didn't understand meaning of this phrase:
So, which part of reports should I paste here?
information that is under debug-pci
or
information that is before debug-pci?

The information that is before the Deug-PCI.
The debug info does us no good for what we are looking for right now.

Go HERE for all the drivers that originally came with your mOBO straight from ASUS.
First thing you need to do is open drop down menu and chose your OS
Then in next window look under Chipset
You will be looking for the file with version number Version 9.0.0.1011

Yes you can use the cd but just make sure the chipset it installs is the newest one.
I suggest installing your cd and then see how system is performing.
