I received the above runtime error and since then have been unable to access internet explorer.. I am getting the following error message when I click details after receiving the message that internet explorer has encountered a problem.
EventType: InPageError P1: c000009c P2: 00000003 with Details:
C:\DOCUME~1\Kim\Locals~1\Temp\WER7182.dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Kim\Locals~1\Temp\WER7182.dir00\appcompat.txt

If I click don't send report, then the page closes out. Everything is moving extremely slow. I can't do a system restore for I get the following message: system restore application has encountered a problem and needs to close. When I click for details it says EventType: InPageError P1: c000009c P2: 00000003
The techical information goes as follows:
C:\DOCUME~1\Kim\Locals~1\Temp\WER624a.dir00\rstrui.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Kim\Locals~1\Temp\WER624a.dir00\appcompat.txt

any help would greatly be appreciated..
