Hi,

My computer's specs tell me this, can I install a PCI E video card?

One PCI Express x1 bus add-in card connector
One PCI Express x16 bus add-in card connector

Yes, as long as your PCI-E x16 slot isn't being used, as this is the one that most new video cards use.
