This was working fine before, but ever since I cleaned up my computer from being infected with a Trojan virus, there isn't a wizard for my digital camera anymore. How do I get it back? I've never downloaded the software for it before; all I did was connect it to a USB connection and the wizard would pop up once I turned on my camera. This is not happening anymore. Can someone please help me? I also don't have the camera software anymore. Do I need to download QuickTime in order for the wizard to pop up? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

My father just had similar problem. Found it was due to SP3. Repair shop told him to uninstall SP3 and use SP2 instead.

I am not a guru by no means. Just relaying what a repair shop told my father. Repair shop took it out of his for him.
