No start menu, no desktop, explorer doesn't work

Can someone help me? I've done all kinds of malware scans, and i still cannot access my start menu, and explorer doesn't work i have to do everything through ctrl,alt,del, with the windows task manager, and my dock program luckily i have that...but even still when i try to access the windows explorer it gives me error.

What can i do? :)
