AVG Link scanner not working

Hi my AVG link scanner is not working. When I google or use yahoo it is not coming up with the green checks. I had my virus problem solved just yesterday and I just did a mbam scan it it came up clean. In the AVG userface it say's the link scanner is active and It is enabled, also the toolbar is enabled, so I do not understand why it is not working, below is the link to my previous problem with the virus I had.
