Hey

My laptop have got some kind of virus that shutt down the computer when my antivirus program finds it, I am using Avast.
It happend when I borrowed the laptop to a friend, so I dont even know how the virus got into the computer.
So do anyone have any idea on how to remove the virus before it turn of the computer?
The virus also makes the computer alot slower and it can randomly shuttdown the computer.

Got some important programs on it that I miss the license to, so a way to remove it without removing everything.
I am using vista, if that could help.
please help me
