I was recently hit with some malware which I got rid of using a combination of Spybot, Ad-aware and AVG. Almost everything seems OK now, except for three things.

1) Spybot keeps picking up Win32.delf.rkt as a comsa.sys, even after repeated "fixing"
2) Sometimes random audio ads play in the background (I heard web browsing "clicks" when I'm not doing anything)
3) Sometimes a Generic Host Process fails and generates an error report.

Just an update,

I ran Anti-Malware and it found a few left over malicious files. So far so good. I'll report back if any of the forementioned symptoms resurface.
