i cant access internet properties it flashes and goes off and i think this might be something else i recently defraged and now my scrolling on my web browsers gets choppy and verry nasty to use. i use internet explorer 8 and the problems im having are on my dell inspiron mini 10. i have to buy an external cdrom drive before i can reinstall the opperating system because it dosnt come with one like you know already and im short of cash right now besides i really dont want to have to reinstall windows can any one help

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.
