I just bought an Ipod touch today. And I found my only USB plugin was bent so I opened my computer to take it out and unbend it. And now that I put in the USB my mouse and speakers anything plugged in will stop working and power will go off for it. But the pc doesnt turn off. So please respond.

looks like you broke something in the USB port...probably creating a short on the motherboard...so when you plug any device into the USB port you're basically shorting your board out...which is bad....if the computer is under warranty....bring it in for service...if not...well...that's about it unless you've got some serious kung-fu with a soldering iron...
