went to boot up daughter computer. wont boot up keep getting blue screen with physical memory dump complete contact administrator message. what does this mean and how can it be fixed?

Have you tried to boot "last known good configuration" or safe mode?

During boot up please tap the F8 key (approx 1 time per second).
This should bring you to safe mode.
Try last known good configuration
Try safe mode



NOTE: Safe mode (if it completes) will look weird. It is all basic drivers. The display will be way off and the words safe mode will be in all 4 corners.
