Hi,

Sorry for the delay, I've had a few problems today so couldn't get back to you.

Im not sure still what is going on with the temps with speed fan and Everest is only showing 1 sensor. I'm guessing that because its not picked up your mobo sensors like speed fan did.

Just a quick question, if you open the side of the case is there any dust build up inside the case on the components?

I would also like you to check your dsp driver just to make sure there isn't a problem there as it seems to be a common problem with CA looking over the forums.
Click Here and click the large Check your system fro the latest driver button.

If you have a pop-up blocker make sure its turned off.

If a yellow bar appears saying its either blocked a pop-up or blocked an active X object then click it once for the drop down menu and then click allow.

Allow it to run and then reply back with the results.

Download SIW from HERE and get the Standalone English version
It will install itself and when finished
Then Click on SIW Icon to run program
On the left side click on the Sensors directory
Take a screenshot and include it in your next reply

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

Attach it to your next reply

colonelsas,

After reviewing your information provided by Everest, I have a couple of key observations. First, your your system is running intergrated intel video provided by the 945 chipset. This does not meet the video requirements for the game. I would at the very least consider updating your chipset drivers. Please see your system vendor or go directly to intel.

Intel released a very large number of driver updates for this chipset to resolve lots of issues. At the very least this should help.
