malwarebytes finds these bits of malware.

The symptom though is that my internet connection appears to be dead, also when i try to open IE, I get no response, and trying to boot to safemode crashes my system to the bluescreen. I had a bout with some fake spyware removers popping up, and after running several cleaners, these are the only symptoms left that I can see. Can you help?
