how to delete one of two operating systems in two different drives?

Acually I used to have Windows Server 2003 in Local Disk C.. but i ddnt want it then one of my friends installed Windows XP professional in Local Disk D..
when i startup my system, it shows me two options to choose one of the OS.
I want to completely delete the old 2003 os. is there any way..?

i dont know exactly, may be it was a pirated windows xp cd..
