Is all the music in one folder?
Uninstall limewire
Download Revo Uninstaller and find all the entries for Limewire
Mark them and then uninstall

If the music is in one folder or even in several folders.
Open Windows explorer and in the left pane click on the drive all the music is on.
I'm believing all the music is on the same drive and that drive has only one partition for these instructions
In left pane then highlight each folder with your brothers music and once they are highlighted then click the Delete key on your keyboard.
You will be asked to verify deletion of all the files.
Click OK and once all the music is deleted then empty the recycle bin.
From this point we can start the cleanup of the drive

Download Autoruns from the link in my signature below:

1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.
2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".
3: Click on the "Everything" tab
4: Remove any entries that mention "File Not Found" by right-clicking the entry and select Delete.
5: Go to File then to Export As.
6: Save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
7: Attach to your next reply.
