Hi, I hope you can help.
I have been experiencing a lot of sudden shut downs with with my internet, provided through BT Yahoo. Sometimes this is as soon as the home page connects and sometimes 5 minutes later when visiting other sites.
I have run malware and virus scans as suggested on your site and have treid various clean-ups following your tuition forums but no luck.
There are no error messages and sometimes I can connect back immediately, other times it collapses immediately
I am running windows XP.
Any help would be appeciated.
